Why aren't my product updates saving on my ecommerce site?

I have tried to update images and product descriptions on multiple products, spanning over several days, and it will not save.  It says it’s saved, but then the save button lights up again as if it’s not been saved. The only thing I can do is click save again or cancel to get out, which cancels the changes.  I have cleared cache and cookies, and tried on my iPhone and laptop, and same issue.

I’m watching for an answer for this too. 
I’ve cleared cache and closed out all windows but changes just will not save after publishing. 
very frustrating.
