Why aren't my products showing up in my collections?

Hi all. I’ve set up a shop and creates my collections with tabs across the top of my page. I’m using CJ drop shipping. I’m filling in the boxes with my collections. Uploading but they are not going into the collections. I’ve also tried going to my products and using the tick box to add to a collection. When I type on the box there are no collections coming up. I’ve tried everything. It’s driving me mad any help
