My Shopify is only allowing customers to add one item per purchase. I have no idea how to fix this. Help please 🙂
Hello @Elsie3!
Are you noticing this issue with specific products, or is this something that happens to every product that you have listed on your store?
There is a possibility that this is a theme issue, - could you let me know what the name of your theme is? We can investigate this by taking the following steps:
If the above works and you are able to add more than one item to the cart, that means that we are looking at a theme issue. In that case, it would be important to establish if you have recently added any new third party apps or custom code to that theme which may be affecting the cart in this way.
However, if it does not work, please share a link to your storefront with me here (if you're comfortable with that) so that I could test this out for myself and see what the next steps are.

I am having the same issue with Origin 14.0.0.
I have it all set up, but there is no add-to-cart after a single input and users are sent straight to checkout after the first item
No custom code
Hi, @phendrie.
Welcome to the Shopify Community, and thanks for joining the thread.
We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Were you able to try the steps listed above by previewing your store in a fresh theme? Could you also share a link to your website, so we can try to replicate the issue? Is this issue happening with specific products or all products?

[Blushes} this was a classic user issue. In theme settings, the button colours were accidentally set to the same as the background within Origin, but didn't display this way in the other themes, so all buttons were invisible in Origin but not the other themes. A "me" problem, not a function issue.
In short, I am silly, and the theme is working perfectly!
Thanks for letting us know, @phendrie! We're glad to hear you were able to have this resolved on your end.
If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to share them here.
