I have set up shipping to different countries but only can ship to the US. Please help

I've taken a look at the screenshot you shared and I saw you don't have products assigned to the shipping profile where your international shipping zone is set up.
This is what's causing the issue in your checkout. If you ship all your products to the US and internationally, your US and international shipping zones both need to be in one shipping profile, and your products need to be assigned to that shipping profile. To solve this, you can add the international shipping zone to the shipping profile where your products are assigned. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do this:
Once you've rectified your shipping setup, make sure the markets you ship to are activated in the Shopify Markets area of your admin settings so customers can select those countries at your checkout. We have a guide on activating markets on this page.
