Hello, I created a customer account. However i noticed I am unable to add an address in the account i created. Does any one know what may be the problem?

How are you creating customer accounts on your end? Is it directly via the Shopify admin > Customers > Add customer?
If this is the case, you should be able to add a customer's address within this page, as seen below.
If you've already created the customer account however and would like to edit the address on file instead, you can either:
If the customer account already has an available address that you'd like to replace, click Manage next to Default Address, then click Edit address.
If you'd like to add a whole new address to the account, simply click Add new address.

Hello, I am not trying to add the address from my admin. I am adding it as if I am a customer. You can visit our website and try creating an account and adding an address. www.diiamondpalace.coim
They can neither add, edit nor deleted

For account-specific help such as this one though, you're best to contact our Live Support team so that we can securely investigate the matter in more detail. We aren't able to do this via the Community Forums at this stage, due to privacy and security reasons, so please login to your store via our Help Center here so that we can authenticate you against the correct store. Once logged in, select a topic that best fits your query or situation. From there, you'll be taken to a page with a list of relevant support articles, and you can scroll to the bottom of that page to select your preferred contact method with our team. We'll then be able to securely access your account and take a closer look at this matter from our end.
Just a heads up that in order to test customer accounts, our Live Support team may need you to create a test buyer account for us. Alternatively, you can also send our team a video recording of what you're experiencing on your end, so that we can have a visual of the issues you're facing.
