Hi Guys,
I have been having a problem since yesterday on my Shopify.
I have the theme Streamline and the app Zepto Product Personalizer. And customers cannot use the checkout button for products done on the app, although they can do on products done outside the app. This looks like an easy solution, meaning it should be the app issue. But apparently is not, and I cannot find the problem. Shopify also says that they are not having any issues and the entire website is working properly, but it is not. Did anyone else have a similar issue. How to fix it?

Based on the information you have provided here, whereby products linked by the app in question can't be checked out with, I would definitely look into this issue arising from the app being used.
Could you share any info you have leading you to believe this is not the case that we can check out together?
If you haven't already, I would reach out to the app developers using the contact info here on the pp store page to let them know what is happening.
If you have already reached out to them, could you share any info they gave you indicating the issue is not arising from their app?
I look forward to getting this check out with you in more depth.
