Why can't I access my inactive online store?

My store randomly just went inactive 3 days ago and i can't access the backend of the website. I always get the page that says: "store is currently unavailable. If you're a visitor to this store, Please try again later. If you're the owner of this store. Please contact support to resolve the issue." And i know i use the correct password and all of that because i can still connect to other inactive shops on the same account. I thought it was because i added something on the dns, but i removed it and still doesnt work.

First, are you able to check the email connected to the store to see if there is any correspondence from our team? Oftentimes, if your store is displaying as unavailable, you may receive an email. If you're able to locate an email, I encourage you to reply directly to it for further clarification.

 

In the event that you're unable to find an email, the next best step is to reach out via the Shopify Help Center. This will ensure your account is securely authenticated and you're connected with a member of our internal team who has access to your account. Through our community forum, we do not have the authentication tooling to access your account or review account-specific queries.

  • Log into your account via the Shopify Help Center.
