hello I need help I opened a shop yesterday and now i can't access the store.

please help me!!!

Also, the check did make the payment of Shopify charges.

To confirm, have you checked for any email correspondence from our team after your store became unavailable? I recommend checking your inbox, spam or junk folder as oftentimes it may be filtered there. If you're unable to locate an email, the next best step is to contact our support team via the Shopify Help Center so we can actively look into this.  

 

To speed up the process, please follow the steps listed below when accessing the help center.

 

  • Log into your store via the Shopify Help Center.
  • Select Starting a store from the topics provided.
  • On the following page, scroll down to Get Support to view our available contact options.
