Why can't I access my online store after computer downtime?

My computer was down for a bit. Now when I try to login to my store, Shopify says that that I don't have access to this store. How can I log back in to my store?

I can definitely understand the importance of regaining access to your account and I'll do my best to share what next steps you can take.

To gather a bit more insight, could you share a screenshot of the error you see when attempting to login?

Secondly, are you able to try using our Forgot Your Store tool? You can use this tool by entering your email address in order to recover your store name and address. Please ensure you're entering the correct email address. Once you've entered your email address, you'll receive an email containing the store(s) associated with that email.
