Why can't I access my store account from my desktop?

Everytime I sign into my account on the stores-login page and select my store I get here:
It does not let me click any buttons or go to settings. I tried a different browser and making a completely new store. The only way it works is if I access shopify through my phone. What can I do?

Since you're able to access your admin through your phone but not your browser, it sounds like you are experiencing a local issue specific to your browser. Local issues are triggered by something on your device or your surrounding circumstances and they can be fixed by local troubleshooting. To pinpoint the cause and attempt to fix the error, you can perform local troubleshooting steps.   • Clear the cookies and cache of your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
  • Ensure the web browser is up to date on the latest version.
  • Try another internet connection (switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi, for example).
  • Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop-up blockers enabled on your device as these can interfere.
