Why can't I access my store after purchasing a plan?

I had my store built out but the trial ran out before I picked a plan. I logged back in, picked/paid for a plan but I still can't get into my store. Customer service said they "reset it" but I still can't access it. 

I'M HOPING ADMIN SEES THIS AND CONTACTS ME.

Hi, @SCRAPPER !

Are you able to use another browser and try accessing your store again? If this continues not to work, are you able to send through a screenshot of the error message that pops up when you try to login to your store please?
