Why can't I access the customization section in my theme?

Why can't I access the customization section in my theme?

As of today, I can't access the customized section in my themes. As soon as I click on the customized button It loads of website that says

"There's a problem loading this page. There is a technical problem with Shopify that has prevented this page from loading. Try reloading this page or going to another page and Shopify. If that doesn't work, visit our statuses page for updates and try again later"

The status is section says there is zero issues, if I follow the link to check issues with my account it says the same thing. Reloading the page does nothing. I've tried on different browsers with no luck. Just wondering if anyone has any information as to why I can't access customization and how to resolve the issue. I would love to be able to fix some of the current issues on my web page.

I am having the same issue, I wonder if Shopify is doing some work that is blocking access.

the app on my phone has the same problem, I hope they fix it quickly

Thank you for your comments here. I can confirm that earlier today we experienced an issue affecting the theme customizer for some merchants. Our developers have since resolved the issue and you should be able to access your theme customizer as normal. If you're still having trouble, I recommend clearing your cache and cookies and/or using an incognito window to access your admin. 

 

If after that you're still receiving an error message, I recommend contacting our live support team via the Help Center. We can investigate the issue and work with our technical teams to get it resolved.
