Why can't I access the new store I created despite being the owner?

I created a new store, and I am the owner but I cannot access the store.  What's going on?

I didn't immediately have access, so I had to request access to it.


And it shows that I have access when I click on the store name in the screenshot above in the list of "team members with access" list below:



In fact it says I'm the owner:



It's even the right email address:



But it still shows my access is pending. It says I don't have access and there's no store.

With regards to your inquiry, can you give this link a shot to ensure that you are using the correct log in credentials when trying to access this store? It is also worth to try and clear cache and cookies on your browser to see if that makes a difference.


Also, we always refer you to the account owner email to see if there are any direct correspondence from us regarding why the store might not be currently available. Please check your spam folders as well. 


If you are not seeing any messages on your end, we recommend you reach out to our live support team for further assistance. Once they verify your credentials, they can open up back end information and see how best to move forward with accessing your store or providing information as to why you are not able to at the moment.
