Why can't I add my bank account for payouts on my online store?

I really need help. Till now I haven't added a bank account for payouts. Now every time I try to do so it shows me this: 

I really can not add my bank account and I already have a payment that was approved on card but I can not get the money. I use the apps, everything is up to date but I really don't know what to do. Please help, I can not continue using my shop if I won't get my money...

The first thing I would advise in this situation would be to clear the cache on your current browser, as well as ensuring it's supported for use with Shopify and that it is as up-to-date as possible.

If you continue to encounter this error after running those checks, please click on this link using the browser you're currently using to access Shopify and reply back to me here with the short link you are given on that site. 

Could you also confirm if you're trying to set up Shopify Payments and if so, which country are you based in so we can check for info on acceptable bank accounts where you are?

Also I don’t know how to clear my cache, I use the app and thought it’ll work in the app. I live in Romania and everything works on my site except to add my bank account for payouts. Should I look for a tutorial to clear my cache or something?

It looks like you're using an updated version of Chrome, which is supported for use with Shopify.
