hi i can't change the theme for my store, i have started today the free trial and will pay the 15 of september what can i do?

Could you try to explain the problem in a bit more detail? Are you getting an error message? What have you tried and what are you seeing when you try to change the theme.

I can't change theme because I only have a button upgrade the plan, but I have already started the free trial of the basic tier and will pay on 15th of September

Hi, @ImSteazyy. Thanks for reaching out to the Shopify Community. 

 

Congrats on your new store! When you're adding a new theme into your Shopify admin, if you already have one published, it won't publish automatically, it will be saved as one of your non published themes in the Theme Library. Can you confirm that you are hitting "Publish Theme" when trying to change it? It should look like this:

If you have clicked on Publish and it's still not updating to your new theme, please reach out to our support team here, so they can take a look into this for you. Write "Theme error" in the chat > Click "I still need help" > Follow the prompts to be connected to an agent.
