Hi, @Kawkab.
Thanks for sharing that screenshot! How long ago did you connect your domain to Shopify?
The reason I ask is because any updates to a domain settings can take up to 48 hours to propagate across the internet. This isn't something that is controlled by Shopify, but is something that occurs for servers worldwide. So if it hasn't been 48 hours since your domain's been connected to Shopify, you'll need to wait so that we can properly determine whether or not the connection was successful.
If after 48 hours you're still seeing the connection warning message on your end, you can contact our Live Support team so that we can take a closer look at the domain. Because you mentioned that your domain was bought from GoDaddy however, our scope of support might be a bit limited due to the third-party nature of the domain, so just thought I'd set this expectation with you now as you may also need to touch base with GoDaddy for further troubleshooting.
To get in touch with our team though, you'll need to login to your store via our help centre here. Once logged in, select a topic that best fits your query or situation. From there, you'll be taken to a page with a list of relevant support articles, and you can scroll to the bottom of that page to select your preferred contact method with our team.
While we're on the topic of domains, and once you've resolved your domain issues, have you thought about setting up a custom domain email address? This will allow your business to appear more professional, which will then strengthen your brand's trust with prospective customers. While Shopify doesn't currently offer email hosting natively on our platform, if you're just starting out, a popular choice to help with setting up your custom email address is Zoho Mail. Otherwise, Google Workspace is also a commonly used provider for hosting your custom email.

Hi Kimi Thanks for clarifying. It’s been less than 48 hours, so I’ll just have to wait for now. I have bought a custom email address too, I’ll link that through the link you provided. Thanks for the help!
Thanks for confirming, @Kawkab!
As it's been well over 48 hours now since you connected your domain, I just wanted to touch base again to make sure that all is well with the domain connection?
Apart from this, how are you getting on with your store? Are there any specific areas of your store that you're currently working on that we can help with? Feel free to share a link to your website if you'd like, and I'd be more than happy to take a look at your store to offer some feedback!

my domain is connected to shopify.
however, when I try to add a new app for instance myshop. com . my shopify.com
I couldn't link to shopify store?
Thanks
Alex
Hi, @Magicalex21.
To confirm, are you attempting to install an app from the Shopify App Store? If so, can you explain in more detail what happens when you try to install an app from the App Store? Are you seeing any specific error message, perhaps?
If you could include any relevant screenshots or screen recording of the issue you're encountering, that'll help us with troubleshooting this matter further.
Also, is the issue occurring on a specific app, or for multiple apps? Let me know.
