Why can't I connect to my website server on Shopify?

been trying to access my website for a week and it keeps giving the error "couldn't connect to the server" (www.tegamilton.com) my domain provider said its good from their end the CNAME is alright. HELP

Thanks a lot, it works now, the restriction was due to google workspace past due subscription
