Why can't I descend to see my full footer menu on moble - Refresh theme

Hello, our footer menu seems to be blocked on our mobile site and won't descend all the way to show all of the options. Our site was very developed by programmers on the Refresh theme so I'm hoping we can resolve it with simple code before reaching back out to them as a last resort. 

On desktop there are no problems.

to set some expectations, Shopify Support Staff are not trained on coding, so I won't be able to advise on any specific coding changes you may want to make to address this issue.

I did load your store up and tested the scroll functionality on my mobile device. What I noticed is, that if my 'zoom' setting in my mobile browser was set to default (100%), the footer loads with all the information desired. As soon as I adjust my 'zoom' within my browser, and try to scroll to see all of the information in the footer, some of the information is not presented. This suggests to me that the data is visible as expected, but if a customer is 'zoomed in' on their mobile browser when visiting your page, and they scroll down, they won't be able to load all of the footer options. I would definitely bring this to the developers that helped you build your store to see if they have an idea around what coding can be used to change this behaviour.
