Why can't I find third party payment options for South Africa?

Hi 

I have tried so much to solve this but i cannot.

I have my country and currency as South africa and zar. I have the address and everything filled. I dont seem to get any third party payment options for south africa. they just dont show and says unavailable even if i search for it. I dont have a card payment option on my shop.

Shopify has integrated with over 100 different third-party payment providers to allow you to continue accepting credit cards online. South Africa specifically, has over 20 different providers available that you can select from. For a complete list of the payment providers available within your country, I'd encourage you to check out this page

 

If however, you're not seeing any payment providers available within the See All Other Providers section of the Shopify admin, please feel free to connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to take a closer look as we wouldn't have access to any account details through the Community. 

 

To connect, you can: 

 

  • Head over to our Help Center.

  • Enter into the chat box Contact Support.

  • Log into your shop.

  • Select one of the available support options.
