Why can't I log into my account despite resetting the password?

I cannot log into my account. It prompts a reset password which I try and then it says page cannot be found.

It says it'll send a code to my phone which it never doe. It suggest I log-in to the store to get to the help centre... How can I if I can't even log on?

There was definitely a billing issue and I wanted to log on to resolve it.

If you are unable to successfully login to your Shopify store and cannot speak with a Support Advisor directly from the Help Center - I would suggest navigating to this URL and completing the form here. Once you complete the form, you should see the options to speak directly with our live support about the situation.
