I can't seem to long into my store. Every time that I try to, it comes up with a 400 bad request page. I just started the store and I'm new to this. Any ideas?
Any help is appreciated
Hi @lights101
Thanks for reaching out here, and welcome to the Shopify Community.
I understand that you are having some difficulties when trying to log in to your store - I'd be happy to help you out!
Would it be possible to provide a screenshot of the error that you are facing when you try to log in to your store? Also just to confirm, are you trying to log in via accounts.shopify.com or maybe via the Shopify app?
I would recommend trying out a few local troubleshooting steps:
Feel free to try those simple steps, and then report back here with your findings. Also, if you have the URL for your store you can share it here (if you are comfortable doing so) and I can check to see if the store is loading on my side.

It works fine on incognito mode. Still no luck on normal chrome.
Hi @lights101
Thank you for getting back to confirm this!
As you have confirmed that you can log in using incognito mode, it suggests that the issue is most likely related to your Google Chrome browser. Incognito or private browsing windows generally do not save any browsing history, cookies and site data, or other information entered in forms.
As you can successfully login to your store using a private browsing window, then the issue is likely to be cookie or cache related, or some other issue within the browser itself. You can confirm this by using a different browser or device to log in.
Can you confirm that you have fully cleared the cache & cookies from your Chrome browser as mentioned in my last reply? I would also recommend that you update the browser to make sure you are using the most recent version available, as sometimes older versions can have incompatibility issues. Shopify supports the latest two versions of all major browsers, and we actually recommend using Google Chrome.
Can you confirm what type of device and operating system you are using? It's important to note that certain older operating systems might not support the most recent version of your browser.
Looking forward to hearing your findings!

I have cleared my cache and cookies, my Chrome is up to date and I keep having the same issue.
Any other way around this?
