Why can't I log into my online store due to HTTP ERROR 503?

I am trying to log into my store to add products and I am getting this error message:

This page isn’t working

handmade-by-brambleberry.myshopify.com is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 503

I recently had to get my website host to update some CSS files so that might be the problem, but not sure.

Thanks for any advise.

Hey @GlynSmall.

Thanks for reaching out.

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! Just to gather some additional context, are you still experiencing this error message when attempting to navigate to your online store?

I attempted to navigate to your store using the URL that you mentioned, I did not experience any issues loading into the store. I took a screenshot of the online store:

When taking a look at your store today I also noticed that you do not currently have a favicon set for your website. A favicon is a small square image that represents a website in web browser tabs. If you take a look at the top tab bar of your browser right now, I’m sure you’ll see several favicons. Typically, favicons feature a logo, the first letter of the company name or simply an image that reflects the specifics of the website it represents. Adding a favicon to your online store can help strengthen your brand and add a polished look to your website. You can click on this link to read instructions on how to create and add your own favicon to your store.

Keep in mind that these images are displayed quite small, so it's good to keep in mind that the image you use should be readable at small sizes.

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks for getting back to me.
The problem has fixed itself and I am once again able to access the back
end of my website.
