Dear Shopify assistant, I have cleared my browser history along with the cookies I use to sign in to my store, I'm able to do so using Explorer but not with Google which I prefer, can you help ?

As you're experiencing difficulties logging in on a certain browser, I'd encourage you to attempt some additional troubleshooting steps. This will help to determine whether the error is related to the browser itself or Shopify. For ease, I've gone ahead and listed a few steps below that you can attempt to see if this helps to resolve:
If you're able to successfully log into your shop after attempting any of the steps outlined above, the issue would be related to your browser. Due to this, you will want to connect with Google directly for assistance with getting that resolved.
If however, you've attempted all of the steps outlined above and you're still unable to log in, please feel free to connect with us directly. This will allow for our support team to take a closer look as we don't have access to any account information through the Community.

Enter into the chat box Contact Support.
Log into your shop.
Select one of the available support options.
