Has any one every had trouble trying to login to the POS. First it says it can't find the internet and then I keep getting this code: network error response not successful received status code 401.

I am still receiving this error as well. I get: Network error: Response not successful: Received status code 401.
I have 3 iPads running Shopify POS and 2 of them are fine. This 3rd one started acting up on Monday 6/13, not so coincidentally after the most recent update from Shopify.
I've made sure iOS is update to latest 15.5 and even deleted the app off this iPad and reloaded and still get same error. It won't let me select a store location even.

Just for clarity - the settlings is the iPad settings option.
This is happening to me now. I have turned on “reset acct” but it did not fix. 2 of our 4 iPads are having this issue.

However, it is the third iPad that began experiencing complications on Monday, June 13th. Coincidentally or not, these troubles emerged shortly after the most recent update from Shopify.
In my diligent efforts to resolve the matter, I have taken several steps. Firstly, I ensured that the iOS on the problematic iPad is updated to the latest version, 15.5. Additionally, I even went to the extent of deleting the app from the device and reinstalling it, hoping to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, the error remains consistent in its occurrence. To exacerbate matters further, I find myself unable to select a store location of page on this particular iPad.
