hello i am from india. I want to start business with shopify. When I am trying to purchase any plane there are two payment method showing on my location. First of credit card and debit card and second of upi but when I am trying to make payment by entering my debit card or upi details then payment is not happening. Next button and add card button is never coming. solve my problem

It sounds like you are having some issues when trying to process a payment - based on your explanation I believe you are trying to select a paid plan for your store, and set up a billing payment method, is that correct?
When you navigate to Settings > Billing in your Shopify admin, can you explain what happens when you click Add Payment Method? You should see a form pop up which allows you to choose a payment method type, and then add in the various details. After doing so you need to click the Add Credit Card button at the bottom of the form. You mentioned that you are located in India, so it's important to understand that you can't use a RuPay card, or a PayPal account to pay for your Shopify bills. As @oscprofessional has suggested, perhaps you are actually trying to place an order on the store? If that is the case, then you will first need to set up a payment gateway on the store by navigating to Settings > Payments. We have more information on how to add a third party payment gateway to your store on this help document. For a list of available payment gateways in India, you can refer to this resource here.
