Why can't I mark Facebook store orders as fulfilled in my e-commerce platform?

I have linked my Shopify shop with Facebook Store a few days ago.  Yesterday I received 5 orders through Facebook Shop.  The orders show up on my Order page in Shopify.  I see the 5 orders but when I open them there are no list of items to check on. to mark as fulfilled.  If I look at the whole list of orders I can check them all and click on Fulfilled and a box pops up saying they are Fulfilled but they are not and still list as unfulfilled.  If I go to Facebook they tell me the orders are to be completed on Shopify.  I am wanting to fulfilled them and ship out inhouse.  I use Pirate Ship for my shipping.  2 of the orders I have already shipped out.  I do have tracking numbers and I have sent them to the buyer.  Facebook only gives me 3 days to ship out.  If my orders are still marked as unfulfilled I am not sure what will happen to my Facebook Shop

I reached out via Chat to Shopify and hung on for an hour of them looking at my settings etc but they could not figure it out.  It was upgrated to email.  But so far I have not heard back from Help.  Any ideas as to what is going on here? I can't be the only one who has linked their account with Facebook.  I have done searches but have seen nothing with my problem.

Hey did you ever fix this? Im having the same exact issue and Shopify has no clue what to do. Facebook has no access and told to do it through Shopify.
