Why can't I open my online store due to a 'connection not private' error?

i couldn't open my store like i used to do, a message from chrom will appear that says " your connection is not private", can someone please help!

Yes, they will verify, is this domain belongs to you or not. then they will make it active

hey @Ashciel ,

your SSL certificate is not active on the domain and also they will send you an email which will include a verification that this domain belongs to you. after that they will active your domain, currently your domain is suspended. please contact with namecheap.
