Why can't I print shipping labels from my updated app?

I'm very upset because the shopify app seems to have updated and now I can no longer print my shipping labels other than screenshotting them into my phone and printing them. I also can no longer copy and paste the tracking number to my customers. I tried to chat for help, broken link. Tried to email, broken link. Seriously, how can I get help? I'm 2 seconds away from closing down my store and switching to another app.

Hi, @ashmarx. I'm happy to look into this with you! I just have a few questions to make sure I'm giving you helpful advice going forward.

  • Can you tell me more about the issue you're having with your shipping labels and the issue you're having copy/pasting tracking numbers?
  • Are you noticing these issue when you use the desktop version of Shopify instead of the mobile app?

When you visit that page you'll need to first tell the Help Center assistant the question or problem you have by using the chat box.
