I'm very upset because the shopify app seems to have updated and now I can no longer print my shipping labels other than screenshotting them into my phone and printing them. I also can no longer copy and paste the tracking number to my customers. I tried to chat for help, broken link. Tried to email, broken link. Seriously, how can I get help? I'm 2 seconds away from closing down my store and switching to another app.

Once I have more information on what's happening I can suggest more to help you out. You can also contact our support team at any time through the Help Center here. We don't have an email address you can email directly, but if you contact us through that page we can help further. When you visit that page you'll need to first tell the Help Center assistant the question or problem you have by using the chat box. The Help Center assistant can direct you to the resources or support options you need from there.
