Hello - I am unable to connect with Live chat nor send an email to have an issue resolved.
I am trying to publish a product in Printify. It appears to be isolated to a particular print provider as the other providers allow me to publish. I attempted to update the necessary shipping profiles in Shopify but still receiving a publishing error. Can someone assist me please?
