Why can't I sign into my website?

I have been trying for weeks to login to my website with my email and its not working. instead its creating me a new website. I've been trying to get in contact with someone for help and received nothing but a bunch of links to other pages. I need to access my website asap this is a big inconvenience!

I definitely understand the urgency to regain access to your account. You will first want to use our recovery tool here to find the email address that's associated with the store. Kindly insert all of your personal emails to see which stores are associated with them. Once you find the account, you can head over to our login page and access your account. You can also reset your password if needed.

If you need further assistance, you can get in touch with our team through the Shopify Help Center. Since you are unable to login, select the "Can't log in to your Shopify account" option and press the "I still can't access my account" button. From there, scroll down to the bottom of the page and get in touch with our team via live chat and we'll assist you from there.
