Why can't I upload images on Shopify?

Hi there

I can't upload an image on Shopify in any section, I cleared cache and cookies as well as tried with a different browser, and still have the same problem. How could I fix it?

This is Richard from PageFly team. Besides of clearing cache, you should:

• Make sure you do not have fire wall or pop up blockers enabled on the device
• Use Google Chrome Incognito mode or a different browser to check again
• Check your file format and image size. Images uploaded to Shopify can't exceed either of the limits:
  • 20 megapixels (Mp) 
  • 20 megabytes (Mb) 
• Check your Internet connection when the images are uploading
