Why can't I upload product images on my new platform?

10 days have passed since the start of Shopify, I sent several messages and did not receive any help. You may help me to fix the upload error because the images for the products are not uploaded.

The error text is (There was an issue uploading in media.try again later) In addition, I can not upload my photo to any part of the shop.

Did you try to login to your store using another browser and try to upload images again?
