Why can't the second product variant be selected in my online store?

Hello, I have a store with products that have two variants - size and color. I'm facing an issue where customers can select any color, but when it comes to selecting a size, only the first size selected goes into the cart.

 

Example: https://coloreaccessories.com/products/beta-belt (S size is always the one going to the cart).

 

This is not strictly a size issue, because if I change the order and make "Size" the first option and then "Color", then customers can select the size but not the color, so the problem lies with whichever second variant is added to Shopify.

I think it would be best for our live support to take a further look into the setup of your online store. Since I cannot authenticate you for the store over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that needs to be shared, I am unable to look into the specifics.

 

In this case, you can get in touch with our live support by logging into your online store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner.

 

Once you successfully login - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about the situation.

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! Looking into your online store, I am experiencing issues with adding the correct variant size to the cart from the product page.

 

Could you let us know if you have made any custom coding changes to your theme? Also, would you be able to let us know which theme is being used? As this information will allow us to assist you better in this situation.

 

If you are unsure about which theme is live on your store, you can navigate to the Theme Editor and select the three dots that are located towards the top left of the page. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:
