Why did Instagram reject my Insta Shop and how can I fix it?

So instagram rejected me. Reasons unknown.

Tells me 

You need to claim the domain connection to your business on Facebook. (Are they referring to my web addess or shopify?)

Im pretty sure I done all of this to my Website but not sure on Shopify.

My FB is running fine on Shopify as with anything else.

Tried to submit appeal but receive message saying unable to at this time try again later.

Dont have any contacts to help no numbers anywhere.

Any ideas or help please.

We are glad to answer your question.

 Domain verification determines which Business Manager account has the authority to set the eight conversion events that may be configured and prioritized for a certain domain.

By verifying your business's domain in business settings, Meta gets to know that you're connected to your business.

However, before you start make sure that -

• You have a Business Manager account.
• You are the admin of your Business Manager account.
• You have admin or developer access to your domain.

Now, to verify your domain in business settings:

• Navigate to Domains in the Brand safety section of business settings.
• Click on Add to add a new domain.
• Enter in the root domain without any prefixes. For example, enter website.com, not www.website.com or https://website.com.
• Click Add.
• Select one of the following options to verify your domain: 

              a. Add a meta tag to your domain's home page

              b. Upload an HTML file to your web directory and confirm ownership of your domain in Business Manager.

              c. Add a DNS TXT entry to your DNS record to confirm ownership of your domain

• Click on Verify domain on your business settings screen.

If your domain doesn’t get verified, you'll see an error message.
