i just got the ownership of my store transfer to me, opt for a plan but as i was putting in my credit card detail and submiting it my store suddenly became inactive

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! In order for us to look further into the specifics of the store, we will need to verify you as the store owner. Since we cannot authenticate you over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that would need to be shared, it would be best to reach out to our live support. You can reach out by logging into your online store using the Contact Us page.
Once you successfully login, or select the option to Continue without logging in - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak with a Support Advisor about the situation.
