Why did my online store become inactive overnight?

HELP!!! My shopify store went inactive overnight, and anytime i try to log into the store admin to fix the issue, that's inactive too. There is nowhere to go to fix the issue or reactivate the store. Every time I try to fix the issue, I see this and cannot progress any further:
