Why did my single-product store get closed without my consent?

Hello, I recently created a store here on shopify and it has already been closed out with out my consent. My website was basic and had a single product linked from aliexpress. Now i want to post a appeal fourm for the store to get it back online, however, Its seems that I am unable to do so, as for some reason my name is not associated with the store.  I cannot even access my store to contact shopify support, as every time do, I get this message. 

Your account doesn't have permission to view this page. Try using a different account or going back to the Stores List page.

No I have not Violated any of the AUP rules, I am selling in the decor niche.

To confirm, did you receive any email correspondence from our team? You may have received an email regarding your store closure. If you're able to locate this in your email inbox and reply directly to it.

I understand you're seeing an error message when attempting to contact support. Could you try accessing the Shopify Help Center through a different device, different browser, incognito/private window or after clearing your cache?
