Hi everyone, wondering if anyone can help me please
I am running a discount on my website at the moment, and the codes I’ve set up have suddenly stopped working, they worked fine for the last 3 days and then for a while this morning, as I had orders come through, but a customer has reached out to me to say that the codes aren’t working, and when I’ve done a test order, it doesn’t work. It says “enter a valid gift card” - this is being entered into the box “Gift card or discount code”
I have recreated the customers order, as well as an entirely different order and it will not apply the discount at all.
I have recreated the discount agin from scratch, when that didn’t work, I deleted the code and created an auto discount, which applied the discount in the basket, but when you go through to payment, it put it back to full price. I don’t understand why it was working fine today but suddenly stopped. Any ideas please? Thankyou in advance!

Check the usage limit: Make sure that the discount code hasn't reached its usage limit. If the discount code has reached its usage limit, it will not work anymore.

Check for conflicting apps or codes: If you have recently added any new apps or made any changes to your website code, they could be conflicting with your discount codes. Try disabling any new apps or reverting any recent code changes to see if that resolves the issue.
