Why did my website speed drastically drop last month?

Hi everyone,
In the last month I have very different results on speed.

Until last month, Shopify was giving me 30/32 speeds, similar to many other stores.
It has recently dropped to 21.
I haven't installed new apps in a long time, I worked on the homepage by reducing blocks, I removed a block of feature products, inserting static blocks to improve, but nothing.
Things get better if the video is deleted (obviously), but it's an important element.
Through GTmetrix the result by doing several tests, goes from an E of 15 days ago to today's F.
I'm using VENUE, I can't understand what could have made this big difference.

Hi Amore Terra, i've checked your website and the main issue come from the video
try to embed the video, if possible, as the crawler has to fetch the video before crawling the rest of your page
