Why did my website traffic drop drastically after upgrading to Shopify Plus?

I upgraded Shopify Plus In December. Since I altered a few things such as upgrading plans I have noticed my website traffic falling off a cliff with an 80% decrease. What could be the answer- is this an algorithm? Shopify tampering with something? I have increased my paid traffic spend and seen no increase. I am baffled.

I have experienced the same thing since the winter 24 update, however I have been using Shopify Plus for about a year or more. Can anyone shed light on this strange issue?
