Why did my YOPTO reviews badge disappear from my webpage footer?

A week or so ago I added the YOPTO reviews badge to my footer.   A few days ago I noticed an issue with the formatting of the badge and removed the code.  At the same point, I noticed the reviews section had disappeared from my webpage (just lots of white space) however some of my review comments are being shown if you continue to scroll down.  Strangely these review comments are also shown on the home page.

I restored the theme to no avail.

I have raised this with YOPTO but as yet have not had a response.

Thank you for taking the time to respond.   I am awaiting confirmation from YOTPO however the issue seems to have been fixed.  I will update you if I find out what caused the issue in the first place.

It seems that there is an invalid hex colour code added to the YOTPO reviews tab settings.
