Why did the 'compare at price' vanish from my online store?

Few days ago, my "compare at price" and "sale" disappeared from my site, they still show up normally when I customize the theme (I use Dawn version) but when I check in preview they disappear (both from home and product pages)

That must be because of an error in the live version. Please share any links/URLs where I can check it out.

I did not see any "compare at price" option on the product page. Neither could I find any traces of it.

Did you set it up by using an app from the App store - If yes, then did you remove that app?
Please share how you set it up so I can dig deeper.

"Compare at price" was done by DSERS when I pushed the products, and in the theme I was able to change and edit it in the settings of the product, but now only the regular price is available to edit.
