When I call the fulfillment API to submit tracking numbers and carrier information, I receive an error: "Fulfillment payloads array size must be greater or equal to one." This error only occurs when returning multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

I noticed that it is possible to upload multiple tracking numbers for a single order in the store's backend. How can I resolve this issue?
