Why do I have to sign in with my personal account and how do I change this

How do I change from a personal Shopify account settings to my actual company? I log in with my personal email account and even in the settings of Shopify you have to fill in your first and last name.

I don't understand the logic behind the account system in Shopify. You create an account, with your personal email(?) - why? we are setting up a company right? Shouldn't I have the option to start/change/edit to my company email? How can other co-workers login to the system without giving them my actual personal credentials. I can even see that some of the apps take out these personal credentials and just copy paste them into your design (e.g. marketing mails) You have to fill in your personal name as well, which is also being copy pasted.
