Why do my slideshow images appear pixelated?

Hi all,

I hope all is well.

I'm uploading images to slideshow, however they come out rather pixelated.

However when I upload them to Amazon or elsewhere, it's fine.

Can you advise what i need to do to make it look clearer please?
