Why does 301 redirect function inconsistently across different devices?

Hi! Please help me to figure out how to fix this problem.
They wanted to redirect a domain to a webpage using 301 redirect.
this is the old domain: continenceaids.com.au (was from an old shopify store)
and it should be redirected to this page: agedcareandmedical.com.au/pages/continenceaids

It was successful until when you try to insert or search for the domain, this is what happens:

However, when I tried to search it using a device that has no search history of its old store, it works.
Can anyone please explain why it does not work to some of devices? 😞
