Why does a different storefront appear when I type my ecommerce store name?

When I typed the 'nameofmystore.myshopify.com' some corny store front comes up not my store front that I have customized in shopify admin. what is wrong any Idea?

To clarify, are you using the same myshopify URL that appears in the browser bar when you're logged into your admin? Typing your store name before myshopify will not work unless that is also the URL you see in your admin. If you have a custom domain, the myshopify URL you see in the admin should redirect to your custom domain.
