Why does Cookiebot block all images until customers accept marketing cookies?

I am Using Cookiebot for Data Privacy. All Images of my Store are getting blocked as soon as the cookies "_shopify_d", "_shopify_sa_t" and "_shopify_sa_p" are in the Marketing category. 

Its not only one cookie which is related to this Problem. All of these three cookies must be in the "necessary" category, otherwise the shop wont load any images until the customer accepts Marketng cookies. I also was using a different cookie Tool (Osano) earlier, and had the same issue.

@2Tobi  I know this is old but did you ever get a resolution to this. I am facing the same issue with the Enzuzo cookie banner now and new customers are not seeing images loading at all until accepting cookies. As far as I know policies like GDPR actually state that blocking of cookies should not impact the users ability to use the site which this clearly does. Just wondered if you ever found a way to sort this.

I have raised it with enzuzo as well but waiting on their input.
