Why does Google Merchant Center keep denying my custom products setup?

Has anyone gotten issues trying to setup their google merchant center and they keep getting denied ?

My error is:

"Account suspended due to policy violation: Misrepresentation"

I went to google merchant center and since my items are custom, I selected that since I have no mpn for my homemade products.
